We will start by exploring where you are in your recovery journey and identifying the emotions or experiences that you would like to work through.
Together, we will process feelings of anger, grief, or confusion in a supportive, trauma informed gentle way.
I will help you uncover, and challenge patterns of self-doubt or fear created by manipulation and gaslighting.
You will learn tools to set and maintain healthy boundaries and strategies to regulate your emotions when triggers arise.
As we work together, you will begin to rebuild your self-esteem and reconnect with your authentic self.
Recovery is about rediscovering your inner strength, regaining clarity, and building your life on your terms.
