  • RTT works by accessing the subconscious mind through hypnosis to uncover and reframe the root causes of negative beliefs, behaviours, and patterns. By addressing these root issues, clients can experience profound transformation and achieve their desired outcomes.

  • RTT can help with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, phobias, relationship issues, low self-esteem, weight management, addictions, and confidence building.

  • It is not advisable for people with a history of psychosis to receive hypnotherapy. People with epilepsy, depending on severity, should also check with their doctor before booking a session.

  • Typically, between 1-3 sessions, depending on the individual and issue being addressed.

  • A Rapid Transformational Therapy session usually for 2-3 hours.

  • Coaching is a collaborative and goal-oriented process in which we identify desired goals and create actionable plans to achieve personal and professional success.

  • While therapy focuses on healing past wounds and addressing mental health issues, life coaching is more focused on the present and future.

  • Life coaching can help with various areas of life, including career development, relationships, health and wellness, personal growth, time management, goal setting, and stress management.

  • This varies depending on your goals, needs, and progress. I usually work with clients from 3 months to 1 year.

  • Yes, I require full payment before the session, however, should you need to cancel 24 hours before the session I will offer a full refund, minus any fees (face to face services only).
