Brainspotting Session

Brainspotting (BSP) is a calm, focused, and personalized experience designed to help you process and release the emotional or physical challenges that may be holding you back.

It can either be directly linked to coaching sessions or done on a stand-alone session basis.

During your session, we will start with a conversation to explore what you would like to work on, whether it’s a specific memory, emotion, or physical sensation, we will identify the area you would like to focus on—or simply follow your intuition if you’re not quite sure where to begin.

Using a gentle and supportive approach, I will help you locate your unique "brainspot"(a specific eye position connected to the issue you’re working on). This process taps into your brain's natural ability to heal by accessing deeper, unprocessed layers of emotion or trauma.

As you hold your gaze on your brainspot, I’ll guide you to notice and process any thoughts, feelings, or sensations that arise. This allows your body and mind to release what no longer serves you, helping you move toward a place of relief, clarity, and balance.

Sessions are tailored to your needs and proceed at your pace.

Many people find Brainspotting to be a deeply transformative experience, feeling lighter or more grounded by the end of the session, it offers long-lasting shifts in emotional, mental, and even physical well-being.

After the session, you may continue to process insights or emotions.  Brainspotting often has a ripple effect, bringing clarity or resolution in the days following a session.
